Hello World: Kidubuli Vol. 1
Project Hello World was created by Projects For All, a non-profit organization with the mission to empower communities facing human rights challenges by providing life-changing support and partnerships. Their outstanding efforts include providing educational resources, WiFi-enabled internet kiosks called Hello Hubs to remote and marginalized parts of the world. The story of how one such Hello Hub in Uganda was told through the lens of a photographer and filmmaker whom I joined in a collaborative project for a photo series book documenting the process of it's installation. The series is meant to extend each year to different communities and highlight the power of opportunities for children to teach and share their voices.
Promotional Collateral & Book Design

Hello Hubs are solar-powered and outdoor, wifi-enabled and indestructible, freely available and, most importantly, loaded with educational software. They allow children to explore the world’s body of knowledge without limitation, and give them a realistic chance to create their own future.
—KATRIN MACMILLEN, PROJECTS FOR ALL

A limited edition promotional card set was designed to pair with the book. Each set of 10 photo cards came bound inside a hand stamped linen mailing bag. Notes on the backs of each card caption the excitement and community's energy behind installing their Hello Hub.
