Visual design strategy, creative direction, and all things print.
After freelancing as a graphic designer in New York City and graduating with a BFA from Pratt Institute, Monica joined Moth Design in Boston as a Senior Designer in 2007. Her experience as a multidisciplinary designer working with esteemed institutions, nonprofit organizations, local services and brands, she created lasting client relationships and award-winning projects with the Moth team. Eight years later, she joined Fringe Union, a creative co-working space with other entrepreneurs and artists where she established herself as an independent art director. With the momentum of Fringe, nationwide clients, and inspiring travels, she ventured her way out West. Putting roots down in Oakland at a co-working studio, she is currently a contract freelance designer, open to new opportunities in the Bay Area.
